Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Following are non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return/exchange your product, raise a request by sending an email to support@booksetgo.com. Kindly state the reason for the return or exchange and also mention whether you would like to return or exchange product.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, raise a request by sending an email to support@booksetgo.com. Kindly mention the reason for cancellation.

An order can be cancelled only before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds/Exchange (if applicable)

On receiving your request raised via email, the request will be processed for approval. If the request gets approved after successfully validating the reason for refund/exchange, we will initiate return process for your initial order at our end. You'll receive an email and/or SMS confirming that your request is being processed. The item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you refund (if applicable) has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case of refund due to BOOKSETGO error, complete amount will be refunded; otherwise shipping charges (onward and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of exchange request, an item will be exchanged only if the item with which it needs to be replaced is available in stock. If exchange request (if applicable) has been approved, then it will be processed and the new item will be delivered within standard delivery timelines.
